Q: Can I colour my hair before the treatment?
A: Although you can colour your hair immediately after, we recommend waiting 48 hours.
Q: How much time is needed for this service?
A: Time should be determined at time of consultation. Please allow a 2-3 hour window.
Q: How long will the treatment last?
A: Treatment can last up to 4 months, depending on the hair type and texture and providing you follow all after care instructions. Unlike other services, the more often the hair is treated, the healthier it becomes! With each treatment the hair absorbs more of the amino acids, silk & pearl.
Q: What maintenance is required?
A: CHI Enviro shampoo and conditioner should be used for optimum results. Other styling products are also available and all home care products are included with your first service. Hair should not be put in pony tails, clips, bands or anything that could make an impression in the hair for the first seven days. Hair can be washed 24 hours after the service using CHI Enviro shampoo and conditioner.
Q: Is there any concern for safety with pregnant or nursing women or children?
A: The service is perfectly safe for everyone. The results with children may vary as is the case with any texture service performed on children.
