Our Policy
Cancellations: We take pride in providing our clients with optimal service.To guarantee availability, we require a credit card in order to reserve any spa package, wedding or group booking. If cancellations are necessary, we require 24 hours notice to avoid any penalty. Cancelled appointments less than 24 hours before the service time, will incur a 50% charge of the value of the spa package booking. Any missed appointments that are not cancelled before the scheduled time will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
Late Arrivals: In consideration of service providers and other clients, if an appointment is delayed due to a late arrival, the appointment will finish at the regular scheduled time and receive the full service rate.
