Please arrive 10 min before your scheduled spa service so we may prepare you for a relaxing treatment. Late arrival may require our staff to shorten your treatment time or reschedule.
To protect your privacy, any area of your body not involved in the treatment is draped with towels or sheets. Disposable undergarments are provided.
We may require a gift certificate # or a credit card # to reserve an appointment of 2 hours or more or for group bookings.
A 48 hour advance cancellation notice is appreciated on all salon or spa services. We sympathize that illness & emergencies come up, but we cannot be responsible for missed or cancelled appointments less than 24 hours. A cancellation fee of 50% may apply.
All tools and equipment used in treatments are sterilized using hospital grade sanitation protocols. New, disposable files and buffers are used for every client.
Appreciated by our dedicated team, gratuities may be left in envelopes provided at the front desk.
